**Abstract**Based on the iterative ontological sequence under potential‑infinity, this paper establishes a dynamical framework of ontology. We distinguish three conceptual layers: tool‑level potential infinity, ontology‑future potential infinity, and ontology‑historical actual‑infinity. Real‑number continuum is treated merely as a mathematical tool, not direct physical reality. A full set of formal axiomatic systems is given, including resident‑valley sets, constrained‑valley sets, ontology‑iterative operators, and emergence mapping operators. Projection functional and tendency‑evolution functional are introduced as core objects. Under dense large‑scale approximation, the discrete collective dynamics of bottom‑level sets can reduce to general relativity. Macroscopic observational effects brought by massive ontology coupling are discussed. Ontological interpretation for time‑sequence is proposed: the future belongs to potential‑infinite possibility domain; the completed past belongs to actual‑infinite objective reality, driven by bottom‑level iteration, independent of observer consciousness. Necessary conditions for intrinsic ontology intelligence emergence are analyzed. Pure hardware stacking and large‑model data fitting cannot produce native ontology intelligence. **Note**: Some functionals in this work are conceptual definitions without explicit analytical forms at present, and dedicated distinguishable experimental predictions have not yet been given. General relativity and the Schrödinger equation are regarded as high‑level effective approximations within this framework.
