Smart cardiovascular diagnostics has become an important area of research due to the increasing prevalence of heart-related diseases and the need for early, accurate, and non-invasive monitoring techniques. This study focuses on real-time heart sound acquisition combined with noise-reduced signal enhancement techniques to improve the quality and reliability of cardiac diagnosis. Heart sound signals, also known as phonocardiograms, contain vital information about the mechanical activity of the heart, but they are often contaminated by environmental noise, respiratory interference, and motion artifacts. To address these challenges, advanced digital signal processing methods such as adaptive filtering, wavelet transform, and machine learning-based denoising are employed to enhance the clarity of the recorded signals. The proposed smart diagnostic framework integrates real-time acoustic sensing with intelligent signal enhancement techniques to extract meaningful cardiovascular features for analysis. These enhanced signals are then used for identifying abnormalities such as murmurs, arrhythmias, and other cardiac dysfunctions with improved accuracy. The system also supports continuous monitoring and real-time processing, making it suitable for wearable and telemedicine applications. By combining hardware-based acquisition systems with software-driven enhancement algorithms, the approach ensures reliable cardiac assessment even in noisy environments. Overall, this work demonstrates that intelligent signal processing techniques significantly improve the effectiveness of real-time cardiovascular diagnostics and contribute to early detection and prevention of heart diseases.
