What happens when intervention moves to intravention? Inspired by Karen Barad’s agential realism and Martin Camiré’s notion of intravention, this paper diffractively traces and explores this question among others in a Danish community-based esports club, where national efforts are increasingly focused on getting esports players more physically active to promote health. Through coaching-coffee conversations, co-writing, and a PhD course, iii explore how inquiry can unfold as a response-able practice. Rather than offering a method or model, iii experiment with concept-portmanteaus (fieldworlding) and ontologically attuned noticing to stay with the trouble of what (more) is happening. Intravention here is not a solution, but rather a slowing down as a way of diffractively tracing and noticing how different differences matter and how coaching/inquiring might be reimagined beyond ideals of mastery and control. This is an inquiry of entangled worlding, where thinking-through/moving-with posthumanist theorising opens possibilities for inquiring otherwise, for re-orienting thought.
