Can one finite collision source predict pairs, triples, and fourth-order momentum correlations? A squeezed occupation population links the sign of a momentum correlation to a common physical source: \[{Γ=-f(1-f)/S-1 D_J, D_J=1-Var(J)/Sf(1-f), Δ Kₛₜ=Φₛₜa_sa_tΓ.}\] STAR's non-monotonic transverse-momentum correlation invites a more discriminating measurement: can the same source predict identified pion/proton pairs and connected third and fourth moments together? This sealed protocol specifies that joint test, with a frozen source population, independent calibration and one full-covariance comparison on an unread target. For equivalent slots at fixed occupation, the corrected common-response half-loading hierarchy is \[{H_3=0, H_4/H_2^2=6/S-3.}\] Here the fourth moment includes the domain-partition correction. Version 2.0 also gives the exact transfer for unequal pion and proton responses: \[K_2=c_2R_2, K_3=c_3R_3, K_4=c_4R_4+3c_2^2(R_4+R₂₂-R_2^2).\] The ordered response weights come from the same selected particle population. The inclusive pair is reconstructed from the three species pairs; it is not counted again as independent information. The primary test therefore uses five independent components at the unchanged rejection threshold of 0.001. For experimental teams: the paper and operator card specify PID and centrality controls, independent species centering, source-injection recovery, covariance validation, two-direction power planning and blinded custody. Unexpected channels remain in the result ledger and receive independently validated follow-up. A qualified rejection remains a rejection of the specified realization. The strongest axiom connection is A6's finite-capacity mechanism, with A7's occupation constraints and the Access Law's independently specified transfer. This is not an isolated absolute-clock test. Generic finite-population identities are shared with ordinary statistics; the discriminating proposition is the physical source selection and linked held-out predictions against declared alternatives. Deposit status: amended sealed conditional protocol; numerical Au+Au source-and-response annex and unread target pending. The published STAR pattern informed discovery and is not relabeled as prospective validation. Version 1.0 remains preserved in the record history. Synthetic verification is not an experimental result. Version: 2.0.
