An accessible introduction to the Symbol Game through Genesis stages S(n), the Minimal Symbol System atlas MSS-N, and basic problem, candidate, and return packets. The paper distinguishes derivation stages, atlas specifications, and the steps of a play session. A finite directed-relation exercise shows how to declare a question, propose an answer, and interpret an independently checked result within its stated scope. Eight worked examples develop counting, observational separation, compact notation, consistent renaming, typed answers, refusal and repair, bounded sessions, and extension round trips. Companion Python code, a Jupyter workbook, and a Landau study guide and quiz support hands-on learning. An appendix previews advanced routes and the additional definitions, evidence, and checking obligations they require.
