This preprint presents the Theory of the Mega Universe and the concept of the Universal Year, proposing that the observed Cosmic Microwave Background (CMB) temperature of 2.725 K is not merely a remnant of the Big Bang, but the measurable thermodynamic temperature of the vacuum of the Mega Universe. The Mega Universe is defined as the infinite, eternal superstructure that contains our observable Universe as a local fluctuation. Within this framework, the Universal Year is introduced as a large-scale cosmological cycle that regulates expansion, contraction, and energy exchange between our Universe and the surrounding vacuum. Key contributions:1. Reinterpretation of the 2.7K CMB as a thermometer of the Universal Vacuum.2. Definition of the Universal Year as a mega-cosmological clock (~X trillion years).3. Thermodynamic model connecting vacuum energy density, entropy of the Mega Universe, and CMB cooling. This work proposes testable predictions regarding CMB anisotropies and long-term temperature drift (dT/dt) over cosmological timescales.
