In Brief With a strong emphasis on the overall recruitment and retention of staff, the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences, Clinical Programs Staff Education Department, developed a new orientation program: "Professional Entry Into Practice." This article provides the model to review current orientation processes and to revise and evaluate new orientation processes.
