Hundred-hertz synchrotrons demand high-performance vacuum chambers. Traditional metallic ducts suffer intense eddy currents at 200 Hz, while segmented ceramic chambers risk cracking under prolonged high-temperature baking. This work develops an integrally molded vacuum chamber of 30wt% carbon fiber-reinforced PEEK. Mechanical tests, eddy-current simulation, vacuum measurements and cyclic bake experiments are conducted for comprehensive characterization. After 48 h baking at 200 °C, the prototype sustains a steady UHV of 2.1×10 -7 Pa at the pumping end. This prototype proves promising for ultra-high repetition rate synchrotrons and offers design references for low-eddy-current vacuum parts. Long-term reliability tests on material ageing and radiation resistance are deferred due to limited research cycles and left for follow-up study.
