FSDV v3.1 - Four-Dimensional Viscous Substrate: Q=0 + Arrow of Time Stefano Pinna - Independent Researcher - Maracalagonis, Sardinia, Italy - October 2026 This v3.1 integrates a new fundamental law into FSDV v3.0: NEW - Law 2-bis: Time as effect of Q=0 - substrate interaction Measurable time as irreversible change is not an external dimension, but emerges when a local system in Q=0 state interacts with the pressure of the 4D viscous substrate. 1. Without interaction: motion remains reversible and fully calculable - pure Newtonian mechanics, no arrow of time. 2. With cosmic interaction: interaction between dark energy (substrate density) and gravity (pressure gradient around Q=0 center) produces expansion and entropy variation. This variation is cosmic time. 3. With biological interaction: living systems maintain a permanently open Q=0 contact with the substrate (permanent entanglement). Substrate pressure produces not only expansion but forced choice. The living must continuously choose among trajectories already predisposed by substrate push toward increasing entropy. Time passes for the living because this interaction imposes a direction of evolutionary growth, aligned with universe expansion. Choice is forced, irreversible, and constitutes lived time. Corollary: biological and evolutionary arrow of time is the local manifestation of cosmic arrow of time, mediated by same substrate.
