We present a phenomenological field framework in which consciousness is taken as axiomatic — the background invariant against which physical quantities are defined — rather than as an emergent product of non-conscious processes. The framework comprises four constituent equations, a nonlinear dynamical phase equation, a complete mapping onto Ginzburg–Landau condensate theory and the DC Josephson junction, a definition of thermodynamic entropy as loss of phase coherence, and a measurement-theoretic account of perception as environment-induced decoherence. Classical Euclidean geometry, the thermodynamic arrow of time, and quantum state-vector collapse each emerge as low-coherence fixed points of the dynamics. The framework makes a falsifiable prediction: in a Josephson junction driven to extreme phase stiffness (E_J/k_B T >> 102), the quantum phase-jitter noise spectrum should suppress below the standard Nyquist–Johnson thermal limit without any reduction in ambient temperature. To our knowledge, this regime is experimentally unexplored.
