Huntington’s disease (HD) is a fatal genetic ailment that causes the brain’s nerve cells to gradually deteriorate, limiting mood, thinking, and movement. There is now no cure for this inherited condition, which worsens with time. We employed a set of fractional-order differential equations to simulate Huntington’s disease dynamics, which is critical for boosting effectiveness and minimizing side effects. The suggested study discusses the non-negative solution as well as the relevant region in epidemiology where the model equation is noteworthy. The equilibrium point and the value of the reproductive number are studied. In addition, there are studies on parameter sensitivity and the prospect of curing Huntington’s illness. The proposed model considers a wide variety of fractional order and fractal dimension values to determine its effectiveness in preventing community health issues. Numerical simulations show that expansion forms linked with disease dynamics follow a hierarchy of pure, interrupted, and mosaic topologies. The growth dynamics lifetime is influenced by the decrease in fractional order and fractal dimension. This model accounts for memory, fractals, and space, enhancing the understanding of the complex process of HD development.
