Relativistic effects in the ground-state energy of positronium hydride up to orders O(α⁴mc²) and O((μ/M)α⁴mc²) are calculated using fully correlated basis sets in Hylleraas coordinates. The resulting binding energy against the dissociation into a positronium and a hydrogen is $1.06404168(27)$ eV. The two-photon annihilation rate is also calculated and the result is 2.472208(20) nsec^-1.
