We investigate inflation and wormhole formation in the framework of f ( Q, T ) gravity, where Q is the non-metricity scalar and T is the trace of the energy-momentum tensor. Considering the model , we derive the modified field equations in a spatially flat FLRW universe and obtain exact analytical solutions for the Hubble parameter and scale factor. The resulting inflationary solution belongs to the class of power-law inflation, from which the slow-roll parameters and the inflationary observables , and r are derived. We show that these quantities are independent of the parameter α and are governed by the remaining model parameters. Motivated by the inflationary background, we then investigate traversable wormholes within a quasi-static approximation by adopting a static spherically symmetric metric. Explicit expressions for the effective energy density and pressure are obtained, and the weak energy condition is examined. Within suitable parameter regions, traversable wormhole solutions are found to satisfy the weak energy condition without requiring exotic matter. These results provide an analytical connection between inflationary cosmology and wormhole physics in f ( Q, T ) gravity and illustrate how non-metricity effects can support physically viable wormhole configurations in the early Universe.
