SUMMARY Primary dextrocardia with situs inversus was diagnosed in a young male Border Collie dog. The condition was accompanied by paranasal sinusitis, hyperplastic mucopurulent bronchitis, and a mild degree of acquired bronchiectasis. Clinical signs, first recognized at 4 days of age, did not improve with treatment. A complete mirror image reversal in the arrangement of the organs in the body was demonstrated radiographically.
