The data are monthly counts of residential sales in England by GBP 1,000 price bin, property type, tenure and district, derived from HM Land Registry Price Paid Data (Open Government Licence v3.0). Python scripts (standard library) reproduce every estimate; README.md maps each command to the tables and figures. Contains HM Land Registry data © Crown copyright and database right 2026.
