MXene, a class of two‐dimensional material have attracted wide attention as an energy storage material. In this work, a double transition metal MXene Ti 2 NbC 2 T x was prepared via molten salt (MS) etching with controlled –Cl and –O terminations. The results demonstrate that the introduction of O‐terminated MXene enhances electrochemical performance, resulting in a high Li + storage capacity up to 320 mAh/g and high rate capability 220 mAh/g at 1C rate. These findings highlight double transition metal MXene prepared by MS etching as a promising negative electrode material for energy storage in a nonaqueous electrolyte.
