We discover that the fixed points in the Universal Self-Reference Schema are geometric attractors in the E8 lattice where the 1/φ phase rotation per diagonal step (approximately 0.618 radians) creates a phi-scaled entropy bottleneck at each fixed point. The 240 root vectors organize these diagonalization fixed points into 30 mutually orthogonal 8-vertex loops, and the 132Hz base frequency modulates information density across this structure. This establishes that Gödel-type incompleteness emerges from an E8 geometric constraint: self-referential stabilization requires φ/2 bits of entropy reduction per diagonal step, which no consistent E8 state can satisfy without violating the 0.618 coherence threshold.
