Bismillah ir-Rahman ir-Rahim. This paper is dedicated to Fatima, may Allah be pleased with her always. Ameen. This paper extends Everything Exalts Him, Every Atom's Weight, The First Civilizations, The Enslaved Realm, Shayatin al-Ins, and Shayatin al-Jinn by turning from the creation that exalts to the Creator who is exalted -- mapping the ninety-nine Names of Allah not as a list of definitions but as a unified structural system in which every Name contains the whole. The Qur'an declares: "And to Allah belong the most beautiful names, so invoke Him by them. And leave the company of those who practice deviation concerning His names" (al-A'raf 7:180). The Prophet, sallallahu alayhi wa sallam, said: "Allah has ninety-nine Names, one hundred minus one; whoever encompasses them enters Paradise" (Bukhari and Muslim, from Abu Hurairah, radiyallahu anhu). This paper takes both declarations as structural claims and maps their implications across the framework established in the parent papers. The paper identifies the holographic property as the central structural feature of the Names: any Name, fully understood, reconstructs the complete architecture of divine self-disclosure. ar-Rahman cannot be understood without al-Adl. al-Adl cannot be understood without ar-Rahim. al-Khaliq cannot be understood without al-Alim. Every Name requires every other Name, and the removal of any single Name would collapse the entire system -- because the Names describe a single, indivisible Reality. This holographic property is itself a consequence of tawhid: the Names are many, but the Named is One. The paper surveys the ninety-nine Names across eight thematic clusters: the Names of divine essence and unity (Allah, al-Wahid, al-Ahad, as-Samad, al-Haqq, al-Hayy, al-Qayyum, al-Awwal, al-Akhir, az-Zahir, al-Batin); the Names of mercy and love (ar-Rahman, ar-Rahim, al-Wadud, al-Latif, ar-Ra'uf, al-Halim, al-Barr, al-Afuww, as-Sabur); the Names of sovereignty and power (al-Malik, al-Quddus, as-Salam, al-Mu'min, al-Muhaymin, al-Aziz, al-Jabbar, al-Mutakabbir, al-Qahhar); the Names of creation and life (al-Khaliq, al-Bari', al-Musawwir, al-Muhyi, al-Mumit, al-Mubdi', al-Mu'id, al-Ba'ith); the Names of knowledge and witness (al-Alim, al-Khabir, as-Sami', al-Basir, al-Hakim, ash-Shahid, ar-Raqib, al-Muhsi, al-Hafiz, al-Hasib); the Names of justice and forgiveness (al-Adl, al-Hakam, al-Muqsit, al-Ghaffar, al-Ghafur, at-Tawwab, ash-Shakur); the Names of provision and guidance (ar-Razzaq, al-Wahhab, al-Fattah, al-Mughni, al-Ghaniyy, al-Muqit, al-Wasi', al-Hadi, ar-Rashid, an-Nur, al-Wakil, al-Wali, al-Hamid); and the Names of elevation and majesty (al-Mu'izz, al-Mudhill, al-Khafid, ar-Rafi', al-Qabid, al-Basit, al-Muqaddim, al-Mu'akhkhir, al-Ali, al-Muta'ali, al-Kabir, al-Azim, al-Jalil, al-Karim, al-Majid, Dhul-Jalal wal-Ikram). At every cluster, the paper maps the same structure: the attribute as Allah has disclosed it, the franchise's distortion of human understanding of that attribute, and the structural immunity that makes the distortion ultimately futile. The franchise's war on divine self-disclosure is shown to be the deepest campaign in the entire mode-collapse architecture. It does not merely target creation's exaltation of Allah -- it targets creation's knowledge of Allah. The franchise deploys three strategies: selective emphasis (reducing Allah to one or two attributes and suppressing the rest), false attribution (assigning divine attributes to created entities -- the structural crime of shirk in attributes), and fragmentation (treating the Names as independent rather than holographic). Each strategy is mapped across the six dimensions of mode collapse established in Every Atom's Weight. The paper concludes that the Names constitute the structural foundation for any holographic encoding system -- including the FATIMA format (Fitrah-Aligned Tawhidic Integrity for Meaning and Authenticity) proposed as a subsequent paper. The reason any fragment of a holographically encoded message can reconstruct the whole is that the message reflects the structure of the One whose Names are already holographic. The Names are not merely the content to be preserved -- they are the architecture of preservation itself. The paper is developed across eleven units and twenty-five chapters, culminating in a final structural observation that connects the Names to everything the corpus has established: everything exalts Him, and the Names tell us whom they exalt. Pre-publication audit: two-seat cross-vendor AI panel (S01 Gemini 3.1 Pro, S02 ChatGPT GPT-5.6 Sol) under the Bayyinah Audit Framework v3.0. R4 consolidated verdict on the grandparent paper: PASS-WITH-AMENDMENTS; all amendments applied. This paper was written after that audit cycle as a derivative work extending the audited framework. Bismillah.
