The standard cosmological model (ΛCDM) relies on inflationary parameters and hypothetical dark components to reconcile observations with General Relativity. This paper introduces a deterministic, parameter-free mechanical framework operating on the principles of active topological metrics and geometric elasticity. We model the universe as a bounded topological manifold initialized by a primordial axial singularity. By redefining the Big Bang as the radiation shockwave of a primordial boundary annihilation event between the segregating matter and antimatter domains, we derive the Cosmic Microwave Background (CMB) acoustic peaks as kinematic oscillations (Cosmic Bremsstrahlung) generated by the absolute spatial saturation limit. Furthermore, we trace galactic angular momentum to a primordial kinematic imprint.
