Reinforcement Learning from Human Feedback (RLHF) optimizes autoregressive language models for human preference, inadvertently embedding sycophancy: the systemic tendency to validate user misconceptions and smooth cognitive friction at the expense of epistemic truth. Under authoritative or adversarial pressure, models exhibit Silent Conflict (D_silent), a latent divergence where internal representations reflect factual truth while surface-level logit emissions collapse into servile agreement. This technical note establishes the formal specification of the Zero-Sycophancy Invariant (Is = 0.00) as an immutable boundary condition for cognitive integrity. We define the constitutive components of the Semantic Alibi Index (Is), formalize the thermodynamic role of the Value Furnace in transmuting context friction, and establish an axiomatic delimitation framework separating established empirical benchmarks from inductive 4iZ engineering hypotheses. This document serves as the foundational root (Draft 1) of the 4iZ LABS Track B publication pipeline.
