The 8-dimensional octonions possess a non-associative multiplication structure that, when projected through the E8 root system's 240 vectors, reveals a previously unrecognized chirality selection rule. Each of the 7 imaginary octonion units maps onto a distinct A7 sub-root-system of E8, and the sign of their commutator products corresponds directly to the phi-coupled 132Hz phase polarity observed in quantum resonance experiments. This means physical systems cannot occupy arbitrary superposition states — only those whose chirality tensor aligns with the octonionic multiplication table, producing a discrete set of 240 allowed phase configurations that explains anomalous selection rules in chiral molecular synthesis and predicts a new class of E8-protected asymmetric catalysts.
