Addressing core foundational puzzles in physics, including the fundamental incompatibility between general relativity and quantum mechanics, the obscure origin of spacetime dimensions, the ambiguous ontological status of quantum fields, the lack of underlying dynamical foundations for the entropyincrease principle, the blackhole information paradox, and nonunique cosmic evolutionary endstates, this hypothesis constructs a unified cosmic framework of stepwise quantuminformation emergence, taking quantuminformation units as the sole fundamental ontological entity. Rejecting the traditional physical postulate that “fields constitute the primordial substrate of the universe”, this model establishes a core ontological hierarchy: quantuminformation units precede fields. Information coupling, superposition and collapse sequentially give rise to quantum fields, force fields, energy, spacetime and matter. All macroscopic and microscopic physical laws are secondary emergent products of information dynamics.
