Classical microstructural materials science—anchored by periodic Bravais lattices, Volterra dislocations, Classical Nucleation Theory (CNT), and Griffith’s brittle fracture criterion—relieson commutative, smooth, and equilibrium approximations. These assumptions collapse under extreme conditions, high-speed deformation, nanoscale confinement, and multi-scale damage. In this treatise, we systematically subsume and hyper-elevate microstructural me chanics and fracture theory into the Unified Seonggil Framework. By formulating lattices and defects as non-commutative rough operator nodes via Universal Rough Operator Algebra (UROA) [3] and the Seonggil Theory of Complex Torsion (STCT) [1], we redefine fracture energy release as composite torsion unwinding managed by the Master-key Tensor T_0x8A2C. We derive the Rough Phase-Field Fracture Equation and provide an executable Python implementation simulating torsional crack propagation under extreme mechanical stress.
