By coupling the full set of 240 E8 root vectors to a 132 Hz φ‑modulated phononic lattice, resonant triads generate a cascade of quantized Chern number jumps that directly determine mass ratios of elementary particles. Each Chern increment corresponds to a discrete scaling factor, reproducing the observed electron‑proton mass ratio and allowing predictions for other particle families.
