In the pregeometric framework of FCD-RBv6, color confinement is reformulated not as a dynamical field mediated by massless vector gluons, but as a topological constraint originating from the non-abelian braiding of Einstein-Rosen (ER) bridges. We demonstrate that the three-stranded braid group B3 provides an exact algebraic description of baryonic confinement, where the proton’s absolute stability is guaranteed by the topological braid lock operator Δ² = (σ₁ σ₂)³, representing a 360° full twist that cannot be continuously unraveled. In contrast, mesons are described by the abelian group B2 ≅ ℤ, which lacks a topological lock, explaining their intrinsic instability. We introduce the Qutrit Closure Ansatz to model the tri-coordinated throat of the nucleon, establishing that quantum coherence (measured via the ℓ1-norm) and von Neumann entropy reach their optimal stabilization peak at a braiding angle of θ ≈ 0.19 rad. Finally, we establish a rigorous distinction between the Y-gate (associated with baryogenesis and bulk-brane mass rebalancing) and the braid confinement mechanism, ensuring ontological consistency across the model.
