Two new briarane-type diterpenoids, fragilides H (1) and I (2), along with a known metabolite, (+)-11β,20β-epoxyjunceellolide D (3), were isolated from the sea whip gorgonian coral Junceella fragilis. The structures of briaranes 1–3 were elucidated by spectroscopic methods and by comparison with the spectral data from other known metabolites featuring a briarane carbon skeleton.
