This paper addresses the stabilization problem for a class of switching jump diffusion systems under discrete-time observations of delayed states. A delayed event-triggered state feedback strategy based on past sampled states is proposed. Compared with periodic discrete-time state feedback control, the proposed strategy updates the control input only when a componentwise relative deviation condition is violated, thereby avoiding unnecessary control updates. By reformulating the delayed event-triggered closed-loop system as an associated uncertain system, the original stability problem is converted into the robust stability analysis of that system. A sufficient condition is established for mean-square and almost sure exponential stability, and an explicit bound is derived for the admissible observation interval and observation delay. Numerical simulations verify the theoretical results and show that the proposed strategy requires fewer control updates than periodic discrete-time state feedback control.
