This study explores post-entry performance in the context of born globals from emerging markets. Drawing on human capital theory, we test a conceptual model examining the relationships among global mindset, entrepreneurial marketing (EM), and entrepreneurial team human capital during the mature growth stage. Using a sample of maturing born globals from a large emerging market, India, the findings indicate that EM is consistent with mediating the relationship between global mindset and post-entry performance. Moreover, entrepreneurial team human capital moderates the relationship between EM and post-entry performance.
