This retrospective cohort study evaluated the impact of a low-barrier, walk-in human immunodeficiency virus (HIV) clinic (Moderate Needs [MOD]), on primary care screening and outcomes. Among 462 patients (2018-2024), chronic disease screening, comorbidity care, and viral suppression improved after enrollment in MOD. Low-barrier care for people with HIV can improve both HIV-related and primary care outcomes.
