Fluorides were analysed in drinking water and in urine of pre‐school children from different districts of Tricity (Gdańsk, Gdynia and Sopot). Concentration of fluorides in urine was found to depend on their content in drinking water. The two years (1997–98) study was made for 15 preschool children populations; each numbering in 10–20 individuals. The fluorides were determined by flouroselective electrode potentiometry.
