This case report includes a description of a disturbed three-year-old deaf female and the treatment plan followed to prepare her for a hearing therapy program. Particular emphasis is given to the initial steps taken to train the speech pathologist and the patient’s mother in behavior modification. Graphs illustrating the patient’s progress are presented and described.
