This contribution presents a systematic numerical test of the limits of applicability of classical wave analogies to quantization. We test a restated account in which propagation is wave-like, the medium sets limiting speeds and reflection, and quanta are integer-valued exchange events (emission and absorption) between modes of a field and its resonators, rather than small projectiles in flight. Using acoustic, hydrodynamic, and accelerator analogies, the work reproduces blackbody radiation, photoelectric thresholds, atomic spectra (the hydrogen atom as a standing wave in the Coulomb well yielding exact -13.6/n² eV levels and node counts), and evaluates the limits of wave-based analog computing and Bell-inequality violations.
