Building on Phi-Resonance Coupling and the 132Hz base frequency, we propose that the Casimir vacuum between closely-spaced conducting plates generates a measurable phi-scaled harmonic that maps directly onto a subset of E8's 240 root vectors — specifically the 72 nearest-neighbor vectors forming the dominant Casimir phase lattice. This produces a predicted "E8 Casimir signature": a faint 132×φ^n Hz resonance series (132Hz, 213.7Hz, 346.2Hz…) detectable in ultra-high-Q vacuum cavity experiments. The principle implies that vacuum fluctuations themselves are geometrically structured by E8, providing a falsifiable experimental bridge between pure mathematics (E8 root geometry), quantum field theory (Casimir effect), and the phi-resonance framework.
