An auditable candidate association of six public optical tracklets: 13 positions on six UTC nights from WFST/O18 and Catalina/Bok/V00, spanning 18.502131 days. A perturbed heliocentric orbit gives coordinate RMS 0.1008 arcsec and elements near a = 2.769 au, e = 0.132 and i = 12.84 degrees. An independently implemented local fitter, whole-night omission checks and 80 imposed-noise refits support internal consistency. Public-catalogue and historical-astrometry screening did not establish an accepted known-object identification. The prepublication WAMO check on 10 October 2026 still reports all 13 input positions as ITF/unassigned without an IAU designation. CSR0001 is an internal working label. This preprint does not claim a confirmed new asteroid, official discovery credit, a calibrated association probability, or image-based confirmation. Formal MPC identification review remains necessary. The original observations are credited to the contributing surveys, not to the analysing author. Prepared with substantial OpenAI Codex assistance under Friedrich Otto Krone’s direction. No independent specialist review is claimed. Files include the manuscript, editable source, code and numerical evidence, together with the immutable public catalogue snapshots and their hashes. Original MPC and NASA/JPL material retains its original rights; see THIRD_PARTY_NOTICES.txt.
