In article is shortly outlined basic facts of the light rays diffraction on the ultrasonic beam. It is shown that further improvement of parameters and technical characteristics deflectors and modu-lators of light rays is impossible without creating of mathematical model of the radiator of ultrasonic waves. Three version of constructing of mathematical model was offered that are different in accuracy of quantitative estimations. Also was offered model of ultrasonic transducer in form of electrode structure situated on the surface of an optically transparent piezoelectric crystal.References 18, figures 3.
