This manuscript formalizes "The Law of Farcical Annulment" within Volume II of the Emerald Research Group archive. We model the operator dynamics when an administrative or institutional body attempts to retroactively erase or nullify empirically verified historical state vectors (|Psi_fact>) through procedural fiction without addressing underlying physical or historical realities. We derive the Performative Nullification Operator (A_farcical) and prove the Conservation of Historical State Theorem, demonstrating that farcical annulment cannot alter the physical trace. Instead, the operation generates an unmanageable contradiction tensor (C = 1) that redirects systemic back-action onto the issuing institution, resulting in the complete collapse of the authority operator (U_collapse -> 0).
