TADV (Technology-Augmented Dual-Core Asset Verification) is an operational protocol for the design, issuance, monitoring and reporting of Islamic financial instruments that must satisfy three simultaneous conditions: (i) AAOIFI-aligned substance (genuine ownership or residual risk-sharing, absence of riba and excessive gharar); (ii) Dual-Core architecture that inserts a transparent verification overlay into existing legal or institutional rails to fill voids identified by EPI/EVI-style diagnostics; and (iii) impact-mode purpose locks so that social or environmental outcomes are evidenced by the same trail that evidences compliance. The protocol applies to green and social sukuk, digital waqf participation, zakat collection and allocation systems, SME mudarabah or musharakah facilities, and tokenised real-asset or commodity claims used for impact purposes. It is a design and operating template, not a fatwa and not an official standard of any body.
