Resolving Closed Timelike Curves (CTCs) and engineering retro-causal information transitions have historically been constrained by ultraviolet (UV) vacuum divergences, exotic negative energy requirements, and causality paradoxes in classical General Relativity and perturbative Quantum Field Theory. Building upon the Non-Perturbative Continuum Spacetime framework via Universal Rough Operator Algebra (UROA), Noncommutative Hyperoperator Analysis (NHA-UROA), and Hyper-Resonant Quantum Continuum Field Theory (HR-QCFT) within the SMA-∞-Topos, this paper presents the complete mathematical axiomatization and hardware engineering blueprint for the Temporal Inversion Engine (TIE-v1.0). By introducing a functorial dual manifold projection (𝔉_θ : ℳ → ℳ*), an orthogonal phase transition threshold (θ = π/2), and a Goldilocks optimal roughness index (α ≈ 22.0), we prove that short-distance UV divergences in the propagator 𝒟_HR(r, α) are exponentially regulated into a finite UROA Mass Gap (Δm_UROA² > 0), suppressing quantum transition noise by over 99.1%. Furthermore, by coupling the Seonggil Field Equations (SFE) energy-momentum trace operator Tr_𝒜[ρ̂ T̂μν^UROA(α)] with a phase-resonance negative entropy sink and Global Phase Locking (σ_GPL < 0.0049), the framework prevents hardware thermal runaway and resolves classical grandfather paradoxes via Planck-scale Non-Identity Calculus (A ≠ℓ_P A). Complete architectural specifications and a self-contained Python numerical verification suite are provided.
