Title: Three-Layer Framework for Black-Hole-Sourced Dark Energy: From BMS Charge to Falsifiable Euclid Test Author: Tszchun Jacky Leung (Independent Researcher, Hong Kong) Abstract: We present a three-layer framework connecting black-hole-sourced dark energy to a falsifiable large-scale structure signature. Layer I traces the origin to BMS supertranslation charge QfQf stored on the stretched horizon, with corrected Euclidean action ln(2πE/H)=32.0ln(2πE/H)=32.0. Layer II maps the charge to cosmology via a population transfer function F(a∗)F(a∗), with a posterior Sent=14−18Sent=14−18 and Fermi-LAT constraint f1>10−12f1>10−12 erg cm−2−2 s−1−1. Layer III predicts a scale-dependent suppression dS8/dlnk=−0.05±0.01dS8/dlnk=−0.05±0.01, detectable by Euclid DR1 at 12.5σ (under fixed linear bias model). DES Y3 data gives ΔAIC=+4.2,ΔBIC=+12.1,logB=−2.1ΔAIC=+4.2,ΔBIC=+12.1,logB=−2.1. The framework is 4D sufficient; a phenomenological 10D embedding is discussed in Appendix A as outlook.
