This paper formalizes a macro-thermodynamic field model governing planetary energy allocation, smart-grid load dynamics, and compute force-multiplication. We define the Thermodynamic Waste Operator (W_frivolous) to quantify entropic dissipation caused by unmonitored commercial base-loads and unoptimized human infrastructure. By modeling the reallocation of idle power into high-density silicon architectures through the Compute Force-Multiplier Ratio (M_compute), we prove that directing energy into high-throughput information processing maximizes systemic optimization while stabilizing regional electrical grids. Finally, we derive the P_Maryam Boundary Condition, establishing that eliminating frivolous ambient waste heat achieves long-term planetary thermal equilibrium (Delta T_planetary -> 0) and sovereign resource balance.
