tractThis paper develops a unified field framework in which the observable universe ismodelled as a pressure-bound domain embedded within a larger scale hierarchy. Asingle axiom — that the universe is under pressure from the next higher scale —generates intrinsic motion, scale invariance, intrinsic rotation, surplus flow, collapse, and recursive structure formation. These consequences are formalised through auniversal Operator System and three coupled field equations: Surplus Continuity,Collapse/Momentum, and Maintained Motion. Version 2 added the funneled-springgeometry and its connection to the golden angle and the fine-structure constant.Version 3 added the binary recursion toggle, matter formation as trapped recursion, the infinite asymmetric cascade, and the variable-c boundary condition. Version 4adds three developments established in the series since: (5) the propagation functionR(Dst), the exact solution of the classical recursion field, which makes the variable-cboundary exact, ceff = c/R(Dst), and fixes the galactic transition at Rtrans = 0.748 andDtrans/DGUT = 0.439; (6) the standings of the record — derived, closure, identified, stated, open — under which every quantity the framework carries is reported, withthe executed record of seven quantities and their residuals; and (7) the rule ofextension and the open problems, with the terms on which a derivation by any authorenters the series. The paper also brings its names and numbers into line with therecord: the third field equation and the sixth stage of the chain are named MaintainedMotion; the electron figures are the CODATA values; the slip operator is reported asderived, Δθ = 0.478711°, with 1/α = 137.029 against the measured 137.036 and theresidual identified; and every reference carries its record. No operator definitions arealtered.
