Aiming at the fatigue failure of straddle-type monorail running tires under complex alternating loads, this study proposes a fatigue life prediction method via thermo-mechanical coupling simulation. A finite element model is established using the Mooney-Rivlin constitutive model and verified by stiffness tests. A steady-state temperature field is obtained through a 2D heat conduction model. Combining the maximum tearing energy criterion with the Lake-Lindley model, ABAQUS/Fe-safe co-simulation is conducted to analyze fatigue damage under steady rolling, cornering, and camber conditions. Results reveal that asymmetric damage induced by cornering and camber angles reduces fatigue life, with the camber side being the critical region. This work provides methodological support for durability design and safety evaluation of monorail running tires.
