A quantum cellular automaton is defined on a Planck lattice whose 2x2x2 cells carry the Clifford algebra Cl(10,0) on eight sub-sites (on-site space C^256) and are updated by one six-stage product of Spin(10) plane rotations and swap-rotations. This repository contains the full construction (doc/final_publication.md, 54 p) and its three companion papers (Paper I: core kinematics and unitarity; Paper II: the gauged bond layer and the lattice gravitational sector; Paper III: the loop-factor ladder and the phenomenology), together with the complete validation suite: 112 experiments, 112/112 PASS (run_validation.py). Every number quoted in the papers is produced by the open scripts in this repository. Results carry a provenance classification (algebraic, conventional, fitted, open); nine tensions with observation and seven falsifiers are reported rather than hidden.
