Omics‐based technologies have greatly advanced precision medicine, which relies on high‐quality biobanks to meet technical requirements. However, existing standards and technical resources address different components of biobanking, whereas integrated operational guidance connecting assay‐specific requirements, multimodal biospecimens, governance, metadata, and departmental execution remains limited. To address this implementation gap, we developed ChatBiobank, an AI‐assisted web‐based guidance tool organized around a 3M framework comprising multi‐omics integration, multimodal biospecimens, and multi‐departmental coordination. The tool links omics‐specific biospecimen requirements with guidance on pre‐analytical handling, quality control, ethical governance, metadata management, and coordinated workflows. ChatBiobank Version 1, incorporating source‐linked retrieval and four evidence‐support and routing tiers, was internally evaluated using a predefined 230‐question benchmark spanning knowledge‐base‐supported questions, in‐domain questions outside direct knowledge‐base coverage, and out‐of‐domain questions. In a blinded expert review, 227 of 230 outputs (98.7%) met the prespecified professional‐acceptability criterion, including responses to 98 of 100 in‐domain questions outside direct knowledge‐base coverage. All 77 outputs assigned to Tier B met the professional‐acceptability criterion (75 directly and 2 broadly acceptable). In a separate descriptive audit at a single center, RNA from 150 of 153 fresh‐tissue biospecimens met locally predefined quality‐control criteria. These findings support the feasibility of ChatBiobank as a source‐linked guidance prototype for multi‐omics biobanking.
