Anaemia is common in colorectal cancer and is associated with poorer outcome. Our tertiary cancer centre has comprehensive pre-operative assessment including Patient Blood Management (PBM), Cardiopulmonary Exercise Testing (CPET), prehabilitation and post-operative anaemia management.
