We formalize the Theta-link of Mochizuki's Inter-Universal Teichmuller Theory (IUT) within Homotopy Type Theory (HoTT). The central result is that the Theta-link, which in IUT connects two Hodge theaters by identifying their underlying elliptic curve data, is naturally represented as a path in the base type of prime-strips - but not as a path in the dependent type of full ring structures. This distinction, which we make precise using the language of dependent type theory and the Univalence Axiom, provides a type-theoretic account of why the Scholze-Stix objection - which implicitly treats the Theta-link as a ring isomorphism - constitutes an ill-typed application. We prove five elementary theorems: (1) the non-existence of a continuous ring isomorphism compatible with the Theta-values, (2) the strict inequality of log-volumes L_Theta < L_q, (3) a closed-form margin formula (ell-1)(ell-2)(4ell+3)/(12 ell) * lambda_v > 0 for all ell >= 3, (4) a conditional proof of the abc conjecture assuming the Hodge-Arakelov dictionary and the orbit structure of the additive indeterminacy, and (5) a precise formulation of the remaining open problem as a question about the single-orbit structure of Indet(+). All proofs are elementary and self-contained.
