This evidence-bounded conceptual manuscript examines the disciplinary interface between Architecture Science and Reality Access, Traversal, and Initiation Science (RATIS). Building on the Architecture Science research program (AS-02 v1.0) and formal foundations (AS-03 v1.0), it offers a typed local model of states, actions, admissible transitions, interfaces, observations and evidence warrants, distinguishes modeled reachability from realized outcomes, and proposes a provenance-bearing scientific handoff. The manuscript preserves counterexamples, defeaters and an explicit prospective evaluation protocol. It does not demonstrate non-ordinary realities, cross-reality traversal, universal cross-domain invariance, empirical superiority of the handoff, or independent RATIS disciplinary jurisdiction. No new experiment or independent peer review is reported. Its Supporting Constitutional & Scientific Record records source lineage, formal correspondence, claim classifications, negative cases and limitations.
