This study evaluated the relationship between digital transformation and the performance of food, beverage, and tobacco manufacturing firms in Enugu State, Nigeria. The specific objectives were to examine the relationship between technological infrastructure and output, and to evaluate the relationship between customer experience and increased revenue generation among food, beverage, and tobacco manufacturing firms in Enugu State. The study was conducted in Enugu State using a descriptive survey research design. Primary data were collected through the administration of questionnaires. The study population comprised 288 management staff, and the entire population was included in the study because of its relatively small size. Of the 288 questionnaires administered, 248 were returned and correctly completed. The data were presented and analysed using a Likert scale, while the hypotheses were tested using the Pearson product-moment correlation coefficient (r). The findings indicated that technology adoption had a significant positive relationship with output (r = 0.770, p < 0.05). Similarly, customer experience had a significant positive relationship with increased revenue generation among food, beverage, and tobacco manufacturing firms in Enugu State (r = 0.826, p < 0.05). The study concluded that technological infrastructure and customer experience had significant positive relationships with output and revenue generation, respectively, among food, beverage, and tobacco manufacturing firms in Enugu State, Nigeria. Based on these findings, the study recommended, among other measures, that food, beverage, and tobacco manufacturing firms should implement automated production lines and robotic systems to improve operational efficiency, reduce human error, and enhance consistency in food and beverage processing.
