Military architecture and system faces cyber vulnerabilities and centralized system risks. This paper presents a Unmanned Aerial Vehicle (UAV) integrated framework that combines digital twin (DT), LSTM Autoencoder (LSTM-AE), and blockchain based security for Military internet of things (IoT) surveillance. Ground-based ADXL345 and DHT11 sensors on Raspberry Pi 5 devices detect any unwanted vibration and environmental anomalies that triggers autonomous UAV dispatch for visual verification. The DT creates virtual replicas of physical military assets for real-time monitoring and synchronized state updates with blockchain-recorded events. Real-time edge inference achieves 47 ms latency with 98.78% anomaly detection accuracy with LSTM-AE. UAV integration reduces false positive rate and extends the coverage area. Pure Chain, a private blockchain ensures tamper-proof event records, providing resilient threat monitoring in military surveillance environments.
