I report a candidate ultra-short-period planet around TIC 144439305, an M dwarf at 62 pc. Eumemic (2026) list the signal, unvetted, in a public table of TESS search signals below their vetting threshold. With the ephemeris fixed from the light curves that search used, the transit reappears in QLP light curves it did not read (z=5.2) and in my photometry of Sectors 105–106 (z=5.0). The combined data give P=0.9398094 d, a depth of about 570 ppm and Rp=1.23+0.12-0.09 R⊕. Difference images favor the target over every Gaia neighbor, Gaia radial velocities exclude an eclipsing stellar companion to the target, and TRICERATOPS with Gaia-based companion limits gives a false-positive probability of 0.008. Lacking high-resolution imaging, I do not claim validation. Of 120 weak signals tested this way, about one was expected to pass by chance.
